Stays are weekly and start from Wednesday/Saturday and Sunday.  Shorter stays and/or weekends could be possible in low season (subjected to availability and upon request).

1.8 km and a 5-minute ride on our free shuttle buses (timetables in the dedicated section). Walking is not recommended as the route is busy and downhill.  The beach is a mix of sand and gravels. The backdrop is sloping. Beach slippers are suggested. 
Beach umbrella included in the price from the 5th row onwards with allocation by order of reservation.  The first 2 rows will be on payment (3rd row guaranteed for Junior suites while 4th row dedicated and guaranteed for Gran Family Rooms with double beach umbrella).
Specifically (to be requested upon booking confirmation and subject to reconfirmation)
- first row € 20 per day;
- second row € 18 per day;
- third row € 15 per day;

They will be delivered from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival and MUST be released by 10:00am on the day of departure (except for Junior Suite, Panoramic Suite and Top Suite with release at 1:00 pm).
Possibility of late check-out (room release at 01:00pm) with an extra charge of € 50 and prior management authorisation.

Soft All Inclusive (full board) starts with dinner on the arrival day and ends with lunch on the departure, with drinks from the dispenser included at meals (water, wine. beer, cola and orangeade); open bar service at the swimming pool (9 am - 7 pm and from 9 pm -11 pm) and on the beach (9 am -7 pm) only cold non-alcoholic drinks will be served (no wine no beer).

P.S: espresso coffee, packaged products and spirits will be charged and can be purchased with our Bar Card.

For guests with celiac disease or intolerance, our kitchen will be able to provide delicious alternatives to the daily menu at no extra charge.

It is important to indicate intolerance or request for special meals when booking.
Breakfast: from 7:45 to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: from 12:45 to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: from 7:45 to 9:00 p.m.

Our free shuttles are included in the TC. The distance is 1.8 km and covered in a journey time of approx. 5 min.
The times are as follows:
continuous from 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (last run) and in the afternoon at set times: 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (last run).

The connection is free of charge throughout the hotel.

Compulsory for infants up to 3 years of age (not yet turned 3) which includes:
- Cot in the room and free pram hire (to be reconfirmed when booking);
- Baby kitchen open 24 hours a day at the service of mothers with kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, bottle warmer, high chairs. Specific early childhood products will be available (pastine, broths, vegetable purees, homogenised foods, milk. Special milk (Humana type) and nappies will not be provided, however these can be purchased on request for a fee;
- Group baby-sitting service (from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8.45 p.m. upon availability and booking to be made STRICTLY on site) with qualified staff to give all mothers the chance to enjoy some relaxation.

The Club Card costs € 10,00 per adult per day and € 7,00 per child (3-16 years old n.c.) and entitles you to
- beach service from the 5th row (1st, 2nd, 3rd row on payment - 4th row dedicated to Grand Family Rooms) onwards, assigned in order of reservation received and which includes DOUBLE assigned place for the entire duration of the stay with beach umbrella, one sunbed and one deckchair per room both in our private lido and in the swimming pool;
- use of the indoor water park (the slides, which can be used by all ages, are in operation from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
- entertainment for adults and children guaranteed from the beginning to the end of the season at full capacity and all day long,
- free parking inside the facility closed by a gate but uncovered (no garage) and unattended;
- toy library;
- nautical base on the beach;
- shuttle service to/from the beach;
The Bar Card is a compulsory card that serves to prevent the circulation of cash. The cost of the first card refill is € 25 for everyone (€ 5 deposit + € 20 refill), while subsequent refills (if necessary) are at the customer's discretion and any unused amount will be returned before departure.

2.00 per person per night from 10 years of age onwards and for a maximum of 7 nights.
